BIOS The computer started up right the first time, no infinite loops or fans MSI P43 Neo Audio but not action like on the last giga-byte p43 board i set up bad luck maybe? But i noticed the motherboard made a low sound beep for every usb device i had connected, which doesent happen on the giga-byte and asus boards ive had.
I could see it as a handy feature though, to see if the usb's are working or not. That was then followed by the plainess looking POST screen i have seen, no logos just bios revision, usb devices connected and drives connected.

Heres the main pic of the BIOS: Installed windows and hurrah! The GPU was feeling the heat at around 95 degrees.
After i installed drivers and everything i decided i'd have a play with overclocking. T Dynamic Overclocking technology which has some pretty crappy names like Sargent, Private MSI P43 Neo Audio etc and depending on which rank you chose the motherboard simply upps the the fsb in relation to how much load is on the cpu.
I didnt try it and decided to do it the manual way. The only thing MSI P43 Neo Audio could not change was voltages which was always on auto. If you press the plus and minus keys where the number pad is, you can adjust the voltages, but there isnt a great range to chose from. It booted into windows no problem, so i thought to myself, wow decent board! Sure it looked stable but with the voltages set to auto the board was simply providing more voltage to the cpu when it needed it.
I checked CPU-z and apparently the board was feeding the cpu around 1. Now im waiting to see what the problem was?
If they fix my motherboard or they give me a new one im not sure? Im not even sure if this is going to be under the warranty? Will i have to pay them money for this repair?

I then started dickng with the bios and OS, i ended up reinstalling windows fresh, formatting both harddrives and starting over from fresh. I got on MSI P43 Neo Audio line with asus tech support and they told me oh the audio ports could be grounded, take the mobo out of the case and run the pc on a peice of cardboard. Oh lord, I have had the same problem ever since I built my system 5 days ago. Chambe Aug 22, So i was having this exact issue, my analog audio output just stopped working when i installed the r7 x, i tried everything drivers, realtek chipset default audio devices etc.

I originally had linux and then I swapped over to windows - all legit - and the same thing is happening with no sound output but the system identifies when I plug in an audio device - even front audio - but there is no sound actually output. Speakers work, audio drivers switched tons of times, even a fresh operating MSI P43 Neo Audio didn't work, so I tried flashing my bios.
This did nothing to solve the problem. MSI P43 Neo Audio anyone have any ideas? Clicking this folder-icon opens a small dialog with two check-boxes: I've been trying to figure this out for months, first the front jack stopped playing and eventually the rear jack decided to quit too.
